Usually, flat roofs are still not built with a fixed leak detection system – an omission that makes it almost impossible to detect leaks in a timely manner, even though ProtectSys® B can check the tightness of new waterproofing and avoid leaks and damages.
ProtectSys® B consists of electrically highly conductive material, contact plates, and contact boxes that are integrated directly into the surface to be protected. It is placed below the waterproofing and put under low voltage. As soon as water enters into the ProtectSys® level, the system can determine the exact location of the source of the defect.
