Reliably detect invisible leaks.

Flat roof leak detection with smoke and tracer gas

Do you have a roof that is leaking and want to determine accurate and quick where the location of the damage is? Our company performs leak detection on flat roofs professionaly and without causing unnecessary damage to the roof structure. Our leak detection using smoke and tracer gas is a reliable mehod that allows us to visualize damage so it can be repaired efficiently.

Technical Details

Benefits

  • Localization of the smallest leaks
  • Fast results
  • Precise determination of the damage sites
  • Optimal preparation for renovation
  • Avoiding expensive consequential damage

Flatroof Build-Up

  • Flat roofs with bitumen or single-ply membranes
  • Green roofs with permeable layers
  • Roof structures with complicated details
  • Industrial roofs with large waterproofing areas
  • Mambranes over underground garages or cellars

Perfect for

  • Flat roofs with undetermined leak source
  • Renovations and maintenance concepts
  • Building acceptance and quality controls
  • Special designs with multi-layer construction

How it works

Smoke or gas is channeled beneath the waterproofing. It escapes visibly at leaks or is detected by sensors, allowing damage to be located quickly and precise.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Which gas do we use for leak detection?

Depending on the type of roof and the requirements for leak detection, we use flue gas or tracer gas to locate leaks. Each gas has its own advantages and is suitable for different construction types and areas of a flat roof. Both methods make it possible to locate leaks without wasting unnecessary time.

Tracer gas leak detection?

Tracer gas is also channeled into the insulation layer. It's suitable for hard-to-reach areas, allowing for damage detection that would be impossible with many other methods. You benefit from reliable results and avoid unnecessary costs.
